Amura has developed low nanomolar inhibitors of cathepsin S with excellent selectivity (greater than a hundred fold) versus closely related homologs.  These AMcore™ based candidates exhibit high oral exposure and low clearance in vivo, facilitating efficacy studies in disease related animal models.
